Conference Lodging Rate: EARLY BIRD PRICE is $119 per person and $189 per person ( for spouses and guests of attendees) – early bird registration payment due by January 31, 2012.

CONFERENCE PACKAGES:

The One-Day Package includes the Sunday Welcome Reception and the Monday Program.  While this does include all breakout sessions, it does not include the Monday Evening Group Dinner.  The pricing for this package for attendees is $219 per person.  Early bird pricing for those registering and providing payment for the One-Day Package before January 31, 2012 is $189 per person.

This package is perfect for those credit unions with tight budgets or schedules that would like to take advantage of the biggest networking and educational day of the conference.  The One-Day Package also offers pricing for spouses and guests of attendees that would only like to attend the Sunday Welcome Reception as well as the group breakfast and lunch on Monday.  That pricing is $79 per person with early bird pricing of $49 per person for those registering and providing payment by January 31, 2012.

The Full-Conference Package includes all sessions and meals, including the Monday Evening Group Dinner, from Sunday through Tuesday.  The pricing is $519 per person with an early-bird rate of $439 per person for those registering and providing payment by January 31, 2012.

This package is best suited for those credit unions that desire a similar format to our conferences of prior to 2011.  As in the past the Full-Conference Package offers pricing for spouses and guests of attendees, which includes all meals from Sunday through Tuesday of the conference, including the Sunday Welcome Reception and the Monday Evening Group Dinner.  That pricing is $169 per person with early bird pricing of $89 per person for those providing payment by January 31, 2012.

The Extended-Conference Package includes all sessions and meals in the full conference package plus the local tour provided by our host on Wednesday.  The pricing for the Extended-Conference Package is $599 per person with early bird pricing of $529 per person for those registering and providing payment by January 31, 2012. 

This package offers pricing for spouses and guests of attendees as well which is $189 per person with early bird pricing of $119 per person for those providing payment by January 31, 2012.   The spouse/guest option for the Extended-Conference Package includes all meals throughout the conference as well as the tour on Wednesday morning.
